These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phspinn Operations Inc. ("phspinn," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phspinn.net and all associated mobile applications and sub-domains (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

phspinn reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "effective" date shown above indicates when the current version came into force.

To register for a phspinn account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gambling.
• You are a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction in which accessing and using online gambling services is lawful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phspinn or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active phspinn account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the phspinn Platform.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes. phspinn reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any information you provide at any time.

Registration on the phspinn Platform is available to Philippine residents. Access from certain jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited may be blocked by geo-restriction technology. Circumventing these restrictions through VPNs or similar tools is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phspinn account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to you. phspinn will never ask for your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your phspinn account.
• You must notify phspinn immediately — via the support channels listed on the Platform — if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• phspinn strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your account security settings.

All transactions conducted through your account while your credentials are active are deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in advance of such transactions occurring. phspinn accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

phspinn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the cashier page of the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrencies. Available payment methods and their associated limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. Deposits made via bank transfer or card may carry different minimum amounts as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless phspinn's compliance team expressly approves an alternative method.
• GCash withdrawals during normal operating hours are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• phspinn reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if they trigger anti-money laundering flags under phspinn's AML Policy or applicable Philippine regulations.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations are borne by the player.

phspinn offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail over these general Terms only in respect of that specific promotion.

The following general principles apply to all phspinn bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, jackpot slots, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution percentages are listed on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the time limit specified on the promotion page. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is ₱500 unless a higher limit is expressly stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Some promotions impose a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. This cap is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value unless wagering requirements are met, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash directly.

All casino games available on phspinn use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied and independently audited by the respective game providers. Slot machine Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published on the relevant game information pages. Live dealer tables are operated from regulated studio environments.

Sports betting markets and odds are determined by phspinn's trading team in accordance with standard sportsbook practice. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Accepted bets are binding at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game round:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on phspinn's side, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• If a game result has been determined and recorded by the game server prior to the disconnection, that result stands and the outcome will be credited or debited accordingly once the session is restored.
• phspinn's server logs are the definitive record of game outcomes and supersede any client-side display in the event of a discrepancy.

phspinn reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed or accepted due to a manifest error, including incorrect odds, incorrect game settings, or software malfunction. Players will be notified and the relevant stake refunded in such cases.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phspinn Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime in contravention of Philippine law.
• Employing automated scripts, bots, or other software tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live dealer games, or any other game format where collusion is capable of influencing outcomes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including through the use of VPN services or proxy servers.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider without first exhausting phspinn's internal dispute resolution process.
• Accessing phspinn while subject to a self-exclusion order placed through phspinn or any affiliated platform.

phspinn is committed to promoting responsible gambling in accordance with its PAGCOR licence obligations. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it stops being that for you, phspinn has tools to help — and a genuine obligation to make those tools accessible and effective.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phspinn account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling period.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications at 30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour intervals during active play sessions.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours up to 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account with no possibility of reversal. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day.

All content on the phspinn Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, images, audio, video, database structure, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of phspinn Operations Inc. or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without phspinn's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software.
• Use phspinn trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with phspinn without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of phspinn's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phspinn's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your phspinn account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phspinn shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage.
• Losses arising from your reliance on the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by events outside phspinn's reasonable control, including natural disasters, typhoons, power outages, telecommunications failures, or acts of government.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other third parties whose services are integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits phspinn's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

phspinn collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the phspinn Privacy Policy.

In summary, phspinn collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification (KYC), and age verification.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Compliance with PAGCOR regulations, anti-money laundering obligations, and other applicable Philippine laws.
• Personalising your gaming experience and delivering relevant promotional communications where you have provided consent.
• Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and responsible gaming monitoring.

phspinn does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to operate the Platform (e.g., KYC providers, payment processors, game suppliers) or where required by law. phspinn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phspinn will notify registered players via email to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect — except where an immediate change is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The current effective date is always displayed in the version bar at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution Process:

• Step 1 — Internal Support: All disputes must first be submitted to phspinn's customer support team. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Step 1, you may escalate the dispute to phspinn's Compliance Officer by submitting a written escalation request. The Compliance Officer will issue a final internal decision within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Referral: If the dispute remains unresolved following Step 2, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority, or to the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and that the venue for any court proceedings shall be the appropriate courts in Metro Manila, Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulator to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure by phspinn to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
